Saddle Brook, NJ – May 27, 2025 - Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR), REALTORS® Care Foundation (RCF) hosted their first-ever RCF Night At The Picklr: A Pickleball Fundraiser on May 20, 2025 at the Picklr in Fair Lawn, NJ. Open to the public, the event was a way for the REALTORS® Care Foundation to raise money toward their ongoing efforts to support local non-profit organizations across Northern New Jersey that aid our communities.

Saddle Brook, NJ – May 25, 2025 - U.S. existing-home sales decreased 5.9% month-over-month and 2.4% year-over-year to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.02 million units, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), as affordability challenges and economic uncertainty weigh on market activity. Sales were down month-over-month in all four regions, with the West experiencing the largest decline, at 9.4%.

Committee members volunteered to work on projects that included the following: painting, repairing fixtures, general outside clean-up, gardening, and installing smoke and CO detectors. 

Saddle Brook, NJ – April 28, 2025 - U.S. existing-home sales rebounded from the previous month, rising 4.2% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.26 million units, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Economists polled by Reuters had forecast sales would fall to a rate of 3.95 million for the month. Purchase activity increased in the South and the West but decreased in the Northeast, while sales in the Midwest remained unchanged from one month earlier.

Saddle Brook, NJ - March 28, 2025 - Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Young Professionals Network (YPN) hosted their annual kick-off event, Bowling For Charity With YPN at Bowler City in Hackensack, NJ for over 70 attendees. The charitable event was a fun opportunity to raise money to support the National Association of REALTORS®, REALTORS® Relief Foundation.

The REALTORS® Relief Foundation provides housing-related assistance to disaster impacted communities in the United States through the generosity of REALTORS®, state and local associations and industry partners.

Thanks to the generous support of attendees and event sponsors Main Street Title & Settlement Service LLC, Carlos J Capellan Insurance Agency Inc., Caring Hearts Home Care, Rate, and Bond Street Mortgage, YPN was able to raise over $3,900.00 for the foundation's mission to provide direct aid to victims of the recent California wildfires.

The sold-out event took place at Seasons Catering, Township of Washington, NJ to celebrate 561 Circle of Excellence Sales® Award Winners, their brokerages, and invited guests. The ceremony included a keynote address from renowned international real estate speaker and business growth expert, Terry Watson.

Saddle Brook, NJ - March 25, 2025 - U.S. existing-home sales fell for the first time since September, slipping 4.9% month-over-month to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.08 million units, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), as elevated home prices and higher interest rates continue to impact buyer activity. Despite the drop, sales were up 2% compared to the same period last year, marking the fourth consecutive monthly year-over-year increase.
