Saddle Brook, NJ – September 17, 2024 – Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) will be hosting their Annual Membership Meeting and Affiliate Trade Show on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 9:00am-11:30am, at the Glenpointe Marriott in Teaneck, NJ. The Annual Meeting is a complimentary membership-wide meeting providing the latest news for the association, their charity foundation, the REALTORS® Care Foundation (RCF), New Jersey REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Saddle Brook, NJ – August 27, 2024- Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) non-profit organization, the REALTORS® Care Foundation (RCF) was thrilled to join a special evening hosted by Stuart Weitzman with One Hope Wine at the Shops At Riverside on August 21, 2024. A percentage of proceeds from the evening benefited the RCF so the organization can continue to fund grants to non-profit organizations in our local communities throughout Northern New Jersey.

Saddle Brook, NJ – August 22, 2024 –U.S. existing home sales fell 5.4% month-over-month and 5.4% year-over-year to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.89 million units, with monthly sales down in all four regions, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Higher mortgage rates, along with rising sales prices, have kept many prospective buyers on the sidelines, despite more home choices and less competition for those homes.

(NJMLS) have awarded over $36,000 in high school scholarships to graduating high school seniors throughout fifty-two schools within Northern New Jersey.

Greater Bergen REALTORS®, REALTORS® Care Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization within GBR that provides grants to organizations and those in need within the community from donations received by its REALTOR® members, and with financial support from the NJMLS.

Saddle Brook, NJ – July 9, 2024 - Greater Bergen REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) prioritizes their fundraising efforts to support local community organizations that change lives and make a difference. Recently, YPN raised money to donate $1,500 to The Society For The Prevention Of Teen Suicide, and $2,500 to the REALTORS® Relief Foundation.
