Saddle Brook, NJ — October 16, 2025 — On October 16, the Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Broker Council and Grievance Committees proudly hosted an exclusive broker event, “2025 NAR Code of Ethics, Made Simple: Real Talk, Real Scenarios, Real Solutions,” at GBR Headquarters in Saddle Brook. 

Saddle Brook, NJ — October 1, 2025 — U.S. existing-home sales rose 2.0% month-over-month and 0.8% year-over-year to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.01 million units, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Economists polled by Reuters had forecast a rate of 3.92 million units. Regionally, sales increased on a monthly basis in the West, South, and Northeast, but declined in the Midwest. 

Jersey City, NJ — September 18, 2025 — The REALTORS® Care Foundation (RCF) successfully hosted its 2025 Annual Golf Outing at the Skyway Golf Course at Lincoln Park West in Jersey City. REALTORS®, sponsors, and members of the community came together for a nine-hole round of golf, networking, and giving back. 

Englewood, NJ — September 11, 2025 — On September 11, Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Community Outreach Committee proudly joined the Center for Food Action (CFA) during their annual 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Englewood. Volunteers came together to assemble 2,000 snack packs for local children at risk of food insecurity. 

Saddle Brook, NJ — August 25, 2025 — U.S. existing-home sales fell 2.7% from the previous month to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.93 million, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Sales were unchanged from one year earlier. Regionally, monthly sales declined in the Midwest, Northeast, and South but rose in the West. Year-over-year, sales decreased in the Northeast and West but increased in the South and Midwest. 

Saddle Brook, NJ — August 25, 2025 — Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Center for Professional Development is proud to announce a new partnership with Adelante Real Estate Academy, allowing Spanish-speaking students to complete their New Jersey real estate pre-licensing education in Spanish. 

Hackensack, NJ — August 7, 2025 — As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities, Greater Bergen REALTORS ® (GBR) Community Outreach Committee proudly joined the Family Promise Bergen County’s Walk-In Dinner at the Bergen County Human Services Center in Hackensack, NJ, on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Volunteers assisted in the preparation and distribution of hot meals to residents of the Bergen County homeless shelter, as well as to food-insecure community members who arrived as walk-in guests. 

Saddle Brook, NJ – August 13, 2025 – The Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR) Community Outreach Committee proudly wrapped up another successful initiative of giving back with the 2025 Annual Back-to-School Backpack Supply Drive. Thanks to the generosity of GBR members and community partners, and local donors, dozens of kids will start the school year equipped and ready to learn.
