To reinstate a member returning to Greater Bergen REALTORS®.
MEMBER TRANSFER FORM
To transfer a member from one Greater Bergen REALTORS® office to another Greater Bergen REALTORS® office.
MEMBER TERMINATION FORM
To terminate a member from your office when sending a license back to the state, or if they are joining a referral company.
CHANGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
This form is for personal information such has changes in home address, new phone, new email, or a name change on your license.
CHANGE OF OFFICE INFORMATION OR DESIGNATED REALTOR
For brokers who have changed the name of the brokerage, any office information updates, and/or changing of the designated REALTOR.
Letter of Good Standing Requests
Members transferring to another REALTOR® association may request a Letter of Good Standing from Greater Bergen Realtors to submit to the other association they are joining. The purpose of the Letter of Good Standing is to have any portion of NJ Realtors or N.A.R. dues you have already paid through Greater Bergen Realtors waived by the other association. Members will only be given a Letter of Good Standing if they have paid all current membership dues and fees to Greater Bergen Realtors. All requests for Letter of Good Standing must be in writing.
