The Health, Wellness & Safety Committee emerged as a pivotal initiative stemming from the visionary leadership of the Greater Bergen Realtors® Leadership Academy. Recognizing the increasing importance of health and safety in the real estate industry, this Committee was conceived to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the profession. Comprised of esteemed professionals, the Committee's formation represents a proactive response to the evolving landscape of real estate, ensuring that the well-being, both physical and mental, of realtors and their safety remain paramount in every facet of the business.
