[Saddle Brook, NJ – March 9, 2020] – Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR), the third largest real estate trade association in Northern New Jersey along with the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) are pleased to announce their new central business operations located at 405 North Midland Ave., Saddle Brook, NJ.
The NJMLS and Greater Bergen Realtors put forth this project to come together to become a stronger force and to continue to offer the best in educational and training seminars for the members. 2020 NJMLS President, Eileen O’Driscoll stated, “I am very excited as this is practical move for the entire membership of our newly consolidated Association. Having that one central location will bring a-lot of efficiency to the business lives of our busy REALTOR members.”
As a result, from the consolidation and growth of the membership, GBR and NJMLS will be moving in to its new approximately 13,000 square-foot facility to accommodate both organization’s with state-of-the-art equipment to better meet the membership’s needs.

Additionally, Michelle Perino, NJMLS Chief Executive Officer said, “The NJMLS is looking forward to further enhancing our service to our membership by occupying a new, modern facility in Saddle Brook along with Greater Bergen Realtors. The building in which the NJMLS office will reside will provide our ever increasing membership with an easily accessible location, ample parking, and expanded training room to allow us to better support all our members from Northern New Jersey and beyond as we continue to grow in the years ahead.”
