[East Rutherford, NJ – March 17, 2020] – Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR) celebrated 672 members who have achieved the 2019 New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Awards. The recipients were recognized on Friday, March 4, 2020, at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. This year’s award recipients include 75 Platinum Level, 69 Gold Level, 194 Silver Level, 333 Bronze Level and 15 Distinguished Sales (Sales Award for a period of not less than 10 years).
The Circle of Excellence Award is a very prestigious award which recognizes agents who have demonstrated excellence in sales throughout the year. There are four different award levels that are separated by monetary sales and units sold. Award levels are also determined by monetary and or the number units sold:
- Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
- Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
- Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
- Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units
The NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award is presented each year to agents who exceeded in sales. Additionally, agents who have won the New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award for ten consecutive years are eligible to receive the NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club Award. 2020 Greater Bergen Realtors® President Gene Amsel said, “"I am pleased to be able to congratulate over 600 members who were honored with the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award." During the Cocktail Reception, Greater Bergen Realtors® awarded the 2020 Rising Star Award to Tathiana Cespedes. This prestigious recognition is awarded annually to a newly licensed GBR member who is influential on closing deals, displays strong client and colleague interaction, participates in GBR events and contributes time and energy to community and humanitarian services. Tathiana said, “I am honored and privileged to receive this award from Greater Bergen Realtor®; it’s the greatest achievement and recognition for a newly licensed Realtor. It is wonderful to have my hard work acknowledged with this fantastic award. I have been in the industry for almost 3 years, and the association has been an essential factor to enhance my knowledge as a realtor. Since the very beginning, they have provided tools necessary for my growth in the business. I am humbled and truly honored.” Tathiana is also the 2020 Young Professionals Network (YPN) Chair, where she is leading the network into accomplishing new milestone in 2020.
