Waldwick, NJ – (February 9, 2020) – Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR) invites you to attend its first virtual Black History Month Celebration event, Thursday, February 18th, 2021, from 2:00 – 3:30 PM. This year, the event shifted from its traditional in-person evening event to a virtual afternoon celebration of the culture, the history, and what is to come.

 The event offers a  great opportunity for the audience to meet our all-star panel that includes: 2021 NAR President, Charlie Oppler, NAR Director of Fair housing Policy & Advocacy Group, Bryan Green and President of Bergen County NAACP, Jeff Carter, and learn about Fair housing in today's market and changes being made from NAR.

 The event will kick off with a beautiful jazz presentation by Reginald Pittman. Reggie is a fellow REALTOR® with Group Twenty-Six in Edgewater, NJ and is the lead jazz musician with the Reggie Pittman and Loren Daniels Quartet.  

 The GBR Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity committee initiated the Black History Month Celebration in 2020 to recognize and celebrate the culture and the African American pioneers who have and continue to pave the way for others to build their legacy.
