Waldwick, NJ – (February 22, 2021) – Today, Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR) announced that they have signed with T3 Sixty - Trusted business advisors and management consultants for their strategic planning.
T3 Sixty enables the world’s largest real estate companies to achieve their goals by driving meaningful outcomes that transform organizations. The extraordinary T3 Sixty team has first-hand expertise and experience in every key facet of the residential real estate brokerage industry. Although there are several companies and divisions within T3 Sixty, they operate as one collective solution, offering advice, insight, and guidance in all facets of their clients’ businesses – strategy, operations, profitability, technology, innovation, expansion, and talent acquisition.
2021 President Alireza Memar said, “I’m happy to announce that after carefully and thoroughly reviewing proposals from five different companies, we have decided to move forward with T3 Sixty. I am thrilled to go on this journey with T3 Sixty, and I am confident that once this all concludes, we will have a plan that will take us to the next level.”
GBR’s goal is to put a plan that will provide the Association with a clear direction with strategic landmarks that will ensure the right direction as the Association continues to grow.
The strategic plan’s statement of work will include Discovery, Planning, Implementation, and promotion. During the discovery plan, T3 Sixty will field a standardized survey to collect data that form the organization’s membership in 5 key performance areas. After the discovery period, the planning process will begin. At which point a task force consisting of BOD members, representative stakeholders, and key staff members will hold a host of meetings to discuss, assess and draft a plan of a long-term focus which will be supported by a two-year business/implementation cycle.
Following the adoption, the strategic plan will be immediately integrated into the organization’s operations. By implementing the resources and tracking mechanisms that will allow staff to collaborate, coordinate, and share progress with volunteer leadership.
