Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR) Sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Global Real Estate Association of Seoul (GRAS)

Waldwick, NJ – (June 14, 2021) Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR), represented by 2021 President Alireza Memar, Jorge Ledesma, Chief Executive Officer, Sandra Martinez, 2021 Global Business Council Chair & William Koumas, 2021 Global Business Council Vice-Chair and the Global Real Estate Association of Seoul (GRAS), represented by President Jane Seon Hwa Youn, Vice President Ray Hyouklae Moon, and Scott Ji Young Hoon, International Managing Director of GRAS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Monday, June 14, 2021. The signing of the MOU occurred virtually, which highlighted the shared efforts to advance an open, inclusive, and prosperous partnership between the two organizations with a focus on working together to bring about more opportunities for the membership of both organizations. 

GRAS President Jane Seon Hwa Youn said, "this is good for us to come together and build on this partnership to bring more member benefits to both associations."

The MOU reaffirms the long-standing partnership between the two organizations and builds on their relationship with GBR as their NAR Ambassador association. This MOU will influence each organization’s mission to support and provide high-quality development and professionalism for its members. With the workings of collaborating on educational seminars and potential trade missions, providing the members with the tools and essential information to excel, not only in their backyard but also overseas.

Following the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing, the Global Real Estate Association of Seoul (GRAS) shared a presentation on the current real estate market in Korea. GRAS member Jinki Lim gave the presentation. During his presentation, some of the key points were the Korean residential market price, average market price, and the commercial market post COVID.
