Greater Bergen Realtors® Care Foundation & NJMLS Give Close to $290,000 in Grants to 36 Charitable Organizations in Northern New Jersey

Nearly $1 million Awarded to over Fifty-Five Not-for Profit Organizations Since 2015

Saddle Brook, N.J. Dec.10, 2021 — Greater Bergen Realtors® Care Foundation and the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) awarded close to $289,000 to 36 non-profit organizations in the North Jersey region, at its annual grant awards ceremony at the Elan in Lodi. This year’s ceremony marked a return to an in-person venue after last year’s ceremony was held virtually due to the Covid-19 health emergency.

Through extraordinary volunteering and fundraising efforts, the Realtors® Care Foundation has been able to increase the number of grant awards they provide each year. Since its inception in 2015, they have been able to award close to $1 million to over fifty- five non-profit organizations in the Northern New Jersey region. These organizations provide food, clothing, shelter and education to families and children in need.

“Each year the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service is pleased to contribute to the Greater Bergen Realtors® Care Foundation to help fund the grants they provide to the wonderful organizations whose work improves the lives of families in our communities, said Michelle Perino, Executive Director, NJMLS.” There is no greater service than helping others and we are grateful to the Greater Bergen Realtors® Care Foundation for all their good work.”

“As we continue to recover from the Covid-19 health emergency, it is gratifying to be able once again, to give back to our communities and these terrific organizations, said Maureen Mamunes, President, Realtors® Care Foundation. We owe our continued success to our donors who continue to display kindness and generosity and to NJMLS for their efforts and continued partnership.”
