Saddle Brook, NJ – (February 15, 2022) Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Young Professionals Committee (YPN), is kicking-off its 2022 event campaign in grand style, hosting a charity bowling event, tonight, at the Bowlero Fair Lawn Lanes, from 6- 8 pm.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Camp Snowflake/Camp Sunshine programs in Ridgewood, enhancing its recreational programs and enabling them to purchase valuable supplies. Camp Sunshine, founded in 1960, is a summer recreational program for children and young adults with multiple disabilities. Camp Snowflake, which opened in 1970, is a fall/spring program held on Saturday to provide a needed social outlet for many of the campers who attend Camp Sunshine in the summer.
“We are thrilled to be able to assist this totally unique and valuable program, said Patrizia Maccarrone, 2022 YPN Chairperson. Raising funds and heightening awareness to both our members and residents of the community, through this fun-filled bowling event, will certainly help make a difference.”
GBR’s YPN committee is made up of like-minded individuals who are new to the real estate industry, looking to expand through educational, networking, and charitable events, to support the children and families in the area. The committee has been hosting these charity bowling events since 2019, raising over $2,000.
Admission is $40 for GBR members, $50 for non-members.
