Saddle Brook, NJ – September 27, 2022 – Greater Bergen REALTORS®, REALTORS® Care Foundation (RCF) hosted its eighth Annual Golf & Tennis Outing at the Montammy Golf Club in Alpine, New Jersey, on Monday, September 19th, 2022. Thanks to their fundraising efforts and the generosity of 180 Association members who attended, the Foundation was able to exceed last year’s success by raising $21,000 in support of local charities that provide resources to communities across Northern New Jersey.
Twenty-five teams of golfers enjoyed the terrific views, challenging play, and well-groomed fairways and greens of the private course while competing for “Closest to the Pin”, “Longest Drive” and “Best Team Golf”. Over thirty tennis players warmed up on the spacious, private hyrdo-courts and hard-top courts before competing to win “Best Team Tennis”. At the end of the night, winners took home an array of luxury prizes including V.C. Champagne, Oban Whiskey, Callaway clubs and Titleist golf balls.
This year, there were twenty-four sponsorship partners who participated in the charitable day. Christie’s International Real Estate, Main Street Title, Next Generation Services, and the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS), hosted the gourmet lunch, cigar rolling table, cocktail hour at the club Sports Bar, and the elaborate dinner reception at the private clubhouse. “We could not have the outreach that we have without the partnerships we’ve fostered,” stated CEO of Greater Bergen REALTORS®, Jorge Ledesma, “and of course, without the commitment from organizations and companies that support our mission.”
The annual outing is an important philanthropic event for the REALTORS® Care Foundation. This year, the Foundation honored Dominick DeCarlo, CEO and Founder of their longtime, platinum affiliate partner, Main Street Title. Mr. DeCarlo was recognized for his years of fundraising, donation, and service to local communities.

Since its conception in 2015, the Foundation has awarded $981,811 worth of grants to over 55 local non-profit organizations. At the close of the event this year, Mr. Ledesma, announced that the Foundation had just surpassed their goal of raising $1,000,000 worth of grants for nonprofit organizations. Grant applications will be open until October 31st.
