Saddle Brook, NJ – February 14, 2023 -Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Young Professionals Network (YPN), is kicking off a great year with their highly-anticipated 2023 Bowl for Charity event on February 15, at Bowlero in Fair Lawn, NJ, from 7- 9 pm.
GBR’s YPN committee is made up of young (or young-at heart) real estate professionals looking to expand community outreach through educational, networking, and charitable events that positively impact local families. YPN has been hosting their charity bowling events since 2019, raising over $3,900 to date for non-profit organizations throughout Northern NJ.
This year, YPN is fundraising money and resources for Kids Against Hunger, a non-profit humanitarian organization with a mission to ensure that no one goes to bed hungry. They provide fully nutritious food to impoverished children, individuals, and families around the world and around the corner.
The YPN committee has partnered with 2022 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Good Neighbor Award Winner and Executive Director of Kids Against Hunger, Philadelphia, Heather Griesser LaPierre, to gather products for their cause. Proceeds from the Bowl for Charity event will be used to facilitate the collaborative packaging event of over 10,000 meals for the community.
“We are thrilled to partner with Kids Against Hunger because we believe it is a wonderful cause,” said YPN 2023 Vice Chair, Xavier Vargas, “We are thankful for all our generous sponsors and dedicated members who have registered for the event. We will continue our work to help as many children and families as we can.”
Admission is $45 for GBR members, $55 for non-members.
