Saddle Brook, NJ - November 12, 2024 - This year, the National Association of REALTORS® hosted NAR NXT 2024 in Boston, Massachusetts for over 15,000 attendees from November 8-10, 2024. The year’s premier real estate conference combined the power of industry-leading speakers, expert education and networking opportunities.

Attendees, including real estate agents, brokers, real estate technology companies and more exchanged ideas and experimented with cutting-edge innovation at the industry’s largest real estate expo. NAR governance meetings were held November 6-11, 2024.

This year at NAR NXT, Greater Bergen REALTORS Young Professionals Network (YPN) was recognized with the award for National YPN Large Network of The Year.

2024 Chair, Katayoun Ketabi and Vice Chair, Xavier Vargas, and Board Director liaison, Ryan O'Connor accepted the award on behalf of the committee, sharing in the joy alongside New Jersey REALTORS® CEO, Jarrod Grasso, NJR 2024 President, Gloria Monks, and other GBR leadership members in attendance.

GBR's Young Professionals Network YPN prioritizes their fundraising efforts to support local community organizations that change lives and make a difference. In 2024, YPN raised money to donate $1,500 to The Society For The Prevention Of Teen Suicide, and $2,500 to the REALTORS® Relief Foundation. In their continued partnership with Kids Against Hunger since 2023, YPN has aided the organization in packing a total of 50,000 meals to hungry children and families locally and internationally. The committee also organized donation drives to benefit local non-profit organizations, The Food Brigade and The Triboro Food Pantry.
