Saddle Brook, NJ – March 25, 2025 – Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) acknowledged the top producing REALTOR® members of the association at the 2024 Annual Circle of Excellence Award Brunch Ceremony on Thursday, March 20, 2025. The sold-out event took place at Seasons Catering, Township of Washington, NJ to celebrate 561 Circle of Excellence Sales® Award Winners, their brokerages, and invited guests. The ceremony included a keynote address from renowned international real estate speaker and business growth expert, Terry Watson.
The New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® recognizes those members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship. GBR’s 2025 GBR President, Nicola Esposito honored all Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Circle of Excellence Sales Award® recipients with a toast to their industry accomplishments.
To attain a Platinum level award, an agent must have sold $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units. Gold level winners sold $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units. To attain Silver level award, an agent must have sold $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units, and agents must have sold $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units to attain a Bronze level award.
The president introduced Awards and Verification Committee leadership, Mary Ellen O'Connell, Sandra Solomon, and Anna DiMiceli to recognize GBR’s 2025 Rising Star Award recipient, Esther Kang, Re/Max Now, Palisades Park, NJ. Esther is recognized with this prestigious award for her professional achievements as a newly licensed sales agent, along with high moral standards, ethical character, and promising success in the real estate industry.
