Saddle Brook, NJ, June 16, 2025 — Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) proudly hosted its 2025 Midyear Meeting & Affiliate Trade Show on June 12, 2025 at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe, drawing a crowd of over 300 members for a morning of education, networking, and celebration.

"The Midyear Meeting and all GBR events offer tools, resources, and education to keep the success of our membership at the heart of what we do."
The event kicked off with a complimentary buffet breakfast and networking hour, where members engaged with industry sponsors including Carlos J. Capellan, Capellan Insurance Agency; Chase Bank; ECAP Home Loans; Emerald Title Group; Legacy Mortgage Group; Everett Title Agency; Loan Depot; Luminate Bank; New York Life; Think Mortgage; and VIP Wealth Management.
President Nicola Esposito led the meeting, delivering vital updates on national, state, and local REALTOR® news, as well as approved bylaw changes and emphasized the continued importance of RPAC advocacy. The meeting featured keynote speaker Craig Grant, known as the “Real Estate Tech Guru,” who energized the room with his presentation, “23 Ways AI Is Transforming Real Estate: Leveraging AI To Modernize Your Real Estate Career.” Craig’s session focused on using technology to streamline business and better serve today’s clients.
GBR also celebrated the graduation of the 2025 Leadership Academy class:
Jenniffer Kikos, Catherine Snorgrass, Kristina Hajhassan, Michael Thorry, Michelle Halliburton, Priti Shah, Annakay Lyttle, Kelly Fulton, and Emma Leddy.
The Leadership Academy, a joint initiative between GBR and the New Jersey MLS, empowers emerging REALTOR® leaders through a series of workshops focused on public speaking, mindset, personal development, and team building—guided by expert speakers and real-world organizational insight.
