Saddle Brook, NJ – August 6, 2025 – The Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Education Team proudly participated in the Saddle Brook Police Department’s annual National Night Out event held on August 5, 2025. This impactful community event brought together local families, law enforcement, and organizations committed to building safer and stronger neighborhoods.
Hosted by the Saddle Brook Police Department, National Night Out serves as a national initiative to strengthen the relationship between communities and public safety officials. The GBR Center For Professional Development team was honored to take part in this meaningful evening, connecting with residents and sharing information about GBR’s real estate school’s pre-licensing programs and the essential role realtors play in creating community development.
“National Night Out is a unique opportunity for us to share important safety information as we engage with local residents,” said Prosecutor Mark Musella. “This annual gathering is a crime prevention event – to openly discuss how to improve safety and quality of life in our communities.”
The event featured a variety of fun activities for families, including a dunk tank, live music, and free food like pizza, popcorn, and cotton candy. It was a lively and engaging evening that brought smiles to kids and adults alike, promoting connection, communication, and a true sense of neighborhood unity.
Throughout the night, GBR team members engaged with Saddle Brook families interested in real estate careers and discussed how REALTORS® contribute to local economic growth, neighborhood stability, and civic engagement.

The event was part of a broader initiative across Bergen County, with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office partnering with 10 local police departments to host National Night Out 2025 celebrations.
