Saddle Brook, NJ — August 25, 2025 — Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Center for Professional Development is proud to announce a new partnership with Adelante Real Estate Academy, allowing Spanish-speaking students to complete their New Jersey real estate pre-licensing education in Spanish.
A 75-hour pre-licensing course is a required first step for anyone looking to become a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. Through this partnership, Spanish-speaking students will now have access to a flexible online pre-licensing course taught
in Spanish.
“I believe it's time for GBR to give Latinos in our community the chance to succeed in the real estate industry,” said Liliana Castro-Travers, GBR’s Events & Education Coordinator. “I'm proud to have started this initiative and appreciate the Leadership team’s support in this endeavor. The course consists of 24 sessions offered on a rolling schedule, available in both Spanish and English on rotating days, allowing students to mix and match sessions to fit their schedule and complete the full program in as little as 3–4 weeks full-time or up to 3 months part-time.
