Teaneck, NJ — October 28, 2025 — Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) hosted its 2025 Annual Meeting and Affiliate Tradeshow on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe, bringing together more than 400 members and affiliate sponsors for an energizing morning of insights, updates, and recognition.
The event provided an opportunity for members to reflect on where the association stands today, where it’s headed, and the important work that lies ahead.
Douglas M. Tomson, CEO of New Jersey REALTORS®, provided valuable updates on statewide advocacy efforts and the policy issues shaping the future of the real estate industry in New Jersey.
GBR also had the honor of announcing its 2025 award winners:
- Good Neighbor Award: Dianna Ivanov, The Ivanov Group, Keller Williams Realty
- REALTOR® of the Year: Gene Amsel, Sotheby’s International Realty, Alpine
Both honorees were celebrated for their leadership, service, and dedication to their communities and the real estate profession.
Keynote speaker, Logan Mohtashami, Lead Analyst at HousingWire®, known as “The Chart Daddy,” captivated attendees with a data-driven look at the current housing market, emphasizing its challenges and continued strength.
“Thank you to the more than 400 members who showed up, asked questions, and continue to invest in the success of this organization,” said 2025 GBR President, Nicola Esposito. “Engagement is what keeps this association relevant and strong.”
The Annual Meeting also included the Affiliate Tradeshow, where attendees had the opportunity to interact with affiliate member program sponsors and participate in
affiliate-sponsored raffles.
