Saddle Brook, NJ – November 6, 2025 — The Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Global Business Council hosted “Bridging Real Estate Horizons,” an event celebrating the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Greater Bergen REALTORS® and the National Albanian Real Estate Association (NAREA).

The signing took place at GBR Headquarters in Saddle Brook and was also streamed virtually, allowing members and guests to witness the start of a new partnership aimed at expanding international collaboration. The agreement created a foundation for shared opportunities in investment, education, and professional development between the U.S. and Albanian real estate industries.

Guest speakers included Reinaldo Pipiria, CEO of NAREA, and Julian Adili, CEO of the Albania State Development & Real Estate Agency (ASDRE) and COO of the Albanian Investment Corporation (AIC). Both offered valuable insights into Albania’s growing real estate market and the importance of building connections across borders.

Guests enjoyed a cultural performance by the Albanian American Cultural Center Performance Group and authentic Albanian cuisine, generously provided by Stela Gogaj of Nationwide Mortgage Bank Inc.

“It is a wonderful experience to be here at Greater Bergen REALTORS® and explain the purpose of why I am here,” said Reinaldo Pipiria, CEO of NAREA. “It is great to be bridging New Jersey and Albanian horizons together by signing the MOU and promoting business collaboration between real estate agents and brokers with the Albanian Community.”

The event was free and open to everyone, showing Greater Bergen REALTORS®’ commitment to creating inclusivity, diversity, and professional growth across the real estate community.
