Saddle Brook, NJ — January 30, 2026 — Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR), REALTORS® Care Foundation (RCF) hosted their annual 2025 RCF Grant Award Ceremony at GBR Headquarters on Thursday, January 29, 2026. This year, the RCF awarded $146,450.00 in grant awards to 55 local non-profit organizations.
The annual event celebrated the ongoing philanthropic work of the REALTORS® Care Foundation and other local nonprofits across Northern New Jersey. It brought together RCF Trustees, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) executive leadership, and grant recipients to recognize the impact these organizations continue to make in our communities.
“As trustees, we invest significant time into a rigorous grant review process, ensuring that every dollar is carefully directed toward the specific, pressing needs of our neighbors.,” said 2026 RCF President Soo Yu. “The world is truly a little bit brighter, thanks to selfless individuals who volunteer their time and energy to serve others.”

Since the REALTORS® Care Foundation started in 2015, it has awarded over $1,600,000.00 in grants to 95 local non-profit organizations providing food, clothing, shelter, education, and more to individuals, families, and children in need.
