Greater Bergen REALTORS® YPN and Professional Development Committees Host Top Producer Panel Showcasing Multiple Paths to Success in Real Estate

PARAMUS, N.J., July 21, 2026 — Greater Bergen REALTORS®' (GBR) Young Professionals Network (YPN) and Professional Development Committees recently welcomed members for One Industry, Many Pathways: Conversations with Top Producers, an engaging panel discussion featuring some of New Jersey's most accomplished real estate professionals.

The panel featured Diane Cookson (Compass NJ, Ridgewood), Claudia Roesing (Corcoran Infinity Properties, Alpine), Joseph Aziz (Prestige Property Group, Montclair), Attilio Adamo (Serhant New Jersey LLC, Rockleigh), and Oscar Nunez (Keller Williams City Views, Fort Lee), who shared the unique strategies, experiences and career paths that have shaped their success. Attendees gained practical insights, business strategies and inspiration while learning that there is no single roadmap to building a successful real estate career.

The event also supported Kids Against Hunger, reflecting GBR's ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities its members serve.

"Exceeding expectations and always upping the game in our industry, our Top Producer Panelists showed how they reached their levels of success within different frameworks and pathways," said YPN Vice Chair Lisa Cataldi.

YPN Chair Robert Alvarez emphasized the collaborative spirit of the event.

"Thanks to our outstanding panel of top-producing REALTORS® and the support of our local Board of REALTORS®, our industry is a little stronger today," said Alvarez. "Bringing together successful agents from different companies and backgrounds to share ideas instead of compete is how we elevate our profession and better serve our communities."

Professional Development Committee Chair Michael Thorry underscored the importance of education and networking in professional growth.

"Knowledge and relationships are key pillars to success in real estate, and we are proud that this event offered the ability to strengthen both for those who attended," said Thorry. "Thank you to all involved!"

GBR extends its appreciation to the event's sponsors: Law Offices of Juan C. Moran, CMG Home Loans, Complete Lending, Inc., Main Street Title, and Carlos Capellan State Farm Insurance whose generous support helped make the event possible.
