Greater Bergen REALTORS® Hosts Breakfast with Bergen County Administrator and Counsel Thomas J. Duch, Esq.
Event Highlights County Priorities, Real Estate Market Trends, and the Vital Role of REALTORS® in Strengthening Local Communities
HACKENSACK, N.J. – Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) recently welcomed members and industry partners to its Breakfast with the President: Town Hall with Thomas J. Duch, Esq., Bergen County Administrator and Counsel, an informative program that provided attendees with valuable updates on Bergen County government, current initiatives, and the important partnership between local government and the real estate community.
Speaking before a packed audience, Duch discussed Bergen County's priorities, services, and future challenges while recognizing the significant role REALTORS® play in maintaining the county's economic vitality and quality of life.
"Bergen County is the best place to work, live, and raise a family," said Duch. "The REALTORS® in this county are part of what makes the county great. By selling Bergen County and all that we have to offer, we keep our property values up and our people happy."
The program also featured a timely New Jersey housing market update from NJ REALTORS® CEO Douglas Tomson, who shared statewide trends and insights impacting buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
GBR President Jim Arakelian applauded the event for connecting members with local leadership and providing valuable information that benefits both REALTORS® and the communities they serve.
