Buyer activity remains higher than normal for this time of year, while in many segments of the market housing supply remains much lower than one year ago. Multiple offers remain a common occurrence in many areas, keeping housing hot while the temperatures continue to fall.

Waldwick, NJ – (November 5, 2020) The Greater Bergen Realtors® Global Business Council was presented with the DIAMOND Global Achievement Program Award by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) during the Annual Global reception that because of the ongoing pandemic took place virtually during the first week of November. 2020 Chair, Kathleen Houston accepted the award on behalf of the Association. Ms. Houston stated, "It was an Honor to Receive the 2020 NAR Diamond Achievement award on behalf of our Association. Greater Bergen REALTORS® and the 2020 Global Business Council committed to providing quality education and opportunities for Global Business abroad and in the U.S. for six years.
