Saddle Brook, NJ – April 28, 2025 - U.S. existing-home sales rebounded from the previous month, rising 4.2% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.26 million units, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Economists polled by Reuters had forecast sales would fall to a rate of 3.95 million for the month. Purchase activity increased in the South and the West but decreased in the Northeast, while sales in the Midwest remained unchanged from one month earlier.

Saddle Brook, NJ - March 28, 2025 - Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Young Professionals Network (YPN) hosted their annual kick-off event, Bowling For Charity With YPN at Bowler City in Hackensack, NJ for over 70 attendees. The charitable event was a fun opportunity to raise money to support the National Association of REALTORS®, REALTORS® Relief Foundation.

The REALTORS® Relief Foundation provides housing-related assistance to disaster impacted communities in the United States through the generosity of REALTORS®, state and local associations and industry partners.

Thanks to the generous support of attendees and event sponsors Main Street Title & Settlement Service LLC, Carlos J Capellan Insurance Agency Inc., Caring Hearts Home Care, Rate, and Bond Street Mortgage, YPN was able to raise over $3,900.00 for the foundation's mission to provide direct aid to victims of the recent California wildfires.
