PARAMUS, N.J., July 21, 2026 — Greater Bergen REALTORS®' (GBR) Young Professionals Network (YPN) and Professional Development Committees recently welcomed members for One Industry, Many Pathways: Conversations with Top Producers, an engaging panel discussion featuring some of New Jersey's most accomplished real estate professionals.
The panel featured Diane Cookson (Compass NJ, Ridgewood), Claudia Roesing (Corcoran Infinity Properties, Alpine), Joseph Aziz (Prestige Property Group, Montclair), Attilio Adamo (Serhant New Jersey LLC, Rockleigh), and Oscar Nunez (Keller Williams City Views, Fort Lee), who shared the unique strategies, experiences and career paths that have shaped their success. REALTORS Care Foundation Awards More Than $36,000 in Scholarships to 52 Bergen County Graduating Seniors
Saddle Brook, NJ – July 13, 2026 – The REALTORS® Care Foundation (RCF), in partnership with the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (NJMLS) proudly awarded more than $36,000 in scholarships to 52 graduating high school seniors, one from each of Bergen County's public high schools, to help support their pursuit of higher education.
May 2026 Housing Market Shows Rising Inventory and Continued Price Growth
Saddle Brook, NJ — July 1, 2026 — U.S. existing-home sales edged up 0.2% from the previous month to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.02 million, according to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Sales remained unchanged year-over-year. Regionally, existing-home sales rose in the Midwest and South, flat in the Northeast, and declined in the West. Year-over-year, sales increased in the South, held steady in the West, and fell in the Northeast and Midwest.
