Saddle Brook, NJ – March 11, 2025 – Greater Bergen REALTORS® (GBR) Community Outreach Committee partnered with local non-profit organization, Baby Bundle Inc. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at GBR Headquarters in Saddle Brook to donate over $5,000 in maternity goods through their donation drive, Stork Mission 2025.

Saddle Brook, NJ – July 12, 2023 – Greater Bergen Realtors® Community Service Committee partnered with the Bergen Volunteer Center Mentoring Mom’s Program in their annual donation event, ‘Clean Homes, Clean Families’ where they collected cleaning supplies and toiletries to help local families in need.

Fluctuating Interest Rates & Low Inventory Continue to Impact Home Buyers
Saddle Brook, NJ – July 5, 2023 – During the month of May, the housing market in Bergen County, NJ has continued to impact homebuyer affordability. As we head into a hot summer, economists are predicting the market will continue to cool, affecting both buyers and sellers.
According to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), existing home sales continue to decline for the second consecutive month falling 3.4% nationwide, with sales down 23% from a year ago and contract sales down 20.3%.
Lack Of Inventory Continues to Impact Home Sales

Earlier this season, the drop in mortgage interest rates was promising for potential buyers and sellers. Rates have fluctuated since, causing many buyers to put the brakes on purchasing homes.
