BIO: As chief executive officer, Doug leads the state’s largest trade association for real estate professionals where he is dedicated to empowering REALTORS® to preserve, protect, and advance private property rights and homeownership, while strategically guiding the association’s growth and innovation.

Before assuming his role as CEO, Doug served for over two decades as Vice President of Government Affairs for the organization, where he played a pivotal role in shaping advocacy strategies while working closely with lawmakers to influence legislative and regulatory policies affecting homeownership, private property rights, and the real estate profession. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS®.

Doug earned the REALTOR® Association Executive Certification in 2023 and the At Home With Diversity designation in 2020. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and was the first graduate to earn a BA in Global and Multinational Studies from Rider University, where he pursued a double major.

In addition to his professional achievements, Doug has a strong background in public service. He dedicated 12 years to the Hillsborough Township Committee, including three terms as mayor.

Joe Piscopo

BIO: Joe Piscopo is a legendary comedian, actor, entertainer, and radio personality best known for his unforgettable years on Saturday Night Live, where he became famous for his celebrity impressions—including his iconic portrayal of Frank Sinatra.

A proud New Jersey native, Piscopo went on to star in films including Johnny Dangerously and Wise Guys, perform on Broadway, and build a successful career in television, radio, comedy, and live entertainment. He was inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame in 2013 and continues to entertain audiences through his comedy, music, and radio career.

votes to be finalized at the Annual Meeting.

• Motion to Approve the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2027.

• Motion to Elect Directors: The individual candidates have been nominated for election by GBR’s Nominating Committee.
