Orientation Procedures
New Greater Bergen REALTORS® members who are not transferring in from another board, as well as those who have been inactive for more than 1 year and are looking to reinstate membership, are required to complete an online Code of Ethics exam and attend a New Member Orientation Session when joining Greater Bergen REALTORS® in order to become a REALTOR®. Orientation sessions are held twice a month.

Before attending orientation, you must complete the online Code of Ethics exam. If you do not complete this exam before your scheduled orientation date, you will not be able to attend and you must attend the next available session after completing the online exam. Instructions on how to complete this exam along with your scheduled orientation date will be sent to the email address that you provided on your application as soon as your application is processed, so please make sure you provide us with a current email address on your application. Your application will generally be processed within 1-3 business days of when we receive it. If you have not received this email, or need assistance with the online exam, please contact the GBR campus you are scheduled to attend.
