NAR TRIENNIAL CODE OF ETHICS REQUIREMENTS (2025-2027)
All REALTORS® must complete their Code of Ethics to satisfy NAR’s Triennial Code of Ethics requirement which is due by December 31, 2027. The Code of Ethics must be no less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. Classes containing the Code of Ethics are the following: February 17, 2026 - Code of Ethics & Fair Housing with Evelyn Paladino March 23, 2026 - Code of Ethics & Fair Housing with Evelyn Paladino April 10, 2026 - Code of Ethics & Fair Housing with Evelyn Paladino & Rhoda Moss-Latimer April 24, 2026 - Code of Ethics & Fair Housing with Evelyn Paladino & Rhoda Moss-Latimer May 28, 2026 - Code of Ethics & Fair Housing with Evelyn Paladino |
New Jersey Real Estate Continuing Education Regulations state that all licensed salespersons, broker-salespersons, and brokers must meet all set Continuing Education (CE) requirements within a two-year cycle in order to maintain their Real Estate License. All rules and regulations are set forth by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
Due Date: April 30, 2027, with no fine / June 30, 2027, with a $200 fine from the Real Estate Commission.
Credit Requirements: 1 Hour of Agency, 1 Hour of Fair Housing, 2 Hours of Ethics, 2 Hours of Any CORE Topic, and 6 Hours of Any Combination of Core And Elective Topics for a total of 12 continuing education hours.
