NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE GREATER BERGEN REALTORS® TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 15, 2024

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  The Annual Meeting of the members of the Greater Bergen REALTORS® (“GBR”) shall be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck, NJ. You may attend in person only, as there is no option for online attendance this year. Each member may pre-register, either via www.GreaterBergenRealtors.com or by clicking on the link that will be supplied via e-mail to all members.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE:  The members of GBR shall be asked at the Annual Meeting to decide upon the following two motions which shall be put to separate votes to be finalized at the Annual Meeting.  

• Motion to Approve the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2025.

• Motion to Elect Directors: The individual candidates have been nominated for election by GBR’s Nominating Committee.

Copies of the proposed Budget and list of candidates for election will continuously be advertised via e-mail to all members and available online through the Association’s website. Your attendance at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, is vital to the professional interests of GBR and GBR’s individual members. All members are strongly encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting and to participate in the important votes to be decided.
